I've been happy with the service at Klaben for years, but a recent service appointment is a perfect indication of why I've preferred taking my vehicle I've been happy with the service at Klaben for years, but a recent service appointment is a perfect indication of why I've preferred taking my vehicle to them over any other dealership/service center. The short story — our family was getting ready to go on a long trip and my tie rod broke on my Jeep. After some struggles of getting the vehicle to the service department, they were able to get us going within a day of our trip. When I didn't think there was hope, they delivered. Special Kudos goes out to Corey who I've dealt with for years. He's always willing to go above and beyond and I'm continually impressed with his professionalism. Thank you Corey! More
