I'm sure there might be other advisers who are terrific at this location but Joe is #1 and because of his exceptional service I came back to the Chrysler/Doge/Jeep brand and to his service department. Quick Got the truck in quick and repaired quick. I just didn’t like the dealers answer to a recall repair. Welding adjustment nuts on the drag link is not a Got the truck in quick and repaired quick. I just didn’t like the dealers answer to a recall repair. Welding adjustment nuts on the drag link is not a repair it’s a cheap bandaid to a poorly engineered part. Now there isn’t an easy way to align wheels. A new adjustable drag link should of been installed. More

Install of Dog Screen This was the first time they had installed this particular dog screen and while it took longer than expected I only had to pay for the time quoted. While that was expensive it turned out great and in the long run it will save our leather interior. Joe Hilliard is amazing to deal with! I will always take my vehicles to Klaben Service Center! More
