Overall good experience . When I checked out my loyalty card discount had not been applied, but that was corrected when I asked about it. I didn't authorize the battery in . I didn't authorize the battery in the remote to be replaced, and i have a number of those batteries at home so i could have done it myself (left the key i never use so that is why the battery was low), but not that big a deal. Great experience I went in for scheduled oil change and requested the 60,000 mile check up. Very helpful in explaining the work to be done. Found out I neede brakes as I went in for scheduled oil change and requested the 60,000 mile check up. Very helpful in explaining the work to be done. Found out I neede brakes as well and was able to have all services completed by the end of the day which meant not having to schedule another time to come back. More
