First and foremost I would like to thank you for your feed back. Many times in the service industry, when consumers have a bad experience, they do not let the business know and simply decide to take their business elsewhere. We do not like to hear of these issues but we need to. Secondly I would like to apologize for failing to meet your expectations and not leaving you with the feeling of complete satisfaction. When we have this type of feed back it becomes a coaching and training tool that we hope, in the long run, makes us better. We always look for ways to improve our ability to deliver satisfactory service. We are in fact nearing the completion of a facility expansion that will nearly double our capacity and our ability to meet the needs of a consumer base that is growing everyday, with customers that come not only from our new car sales department, but from other locations as well. Even though make these types of investments that will position us to better serve our customers, we failed in your particular case.
