If Joe isn't available to reach when I call, Harley Burrows, or Tina Kelly was there to make sure everything went smoothly until Joe could return my call, or just giving me the correct information that I needed. Wait time for service was longer than expected and oil was overfilled and I had to return the next day for another 2 hour service visit while they drained oil and replaced air filter because oil overflowe was overfilled and I had to return the next day for another 2 hour service visit while they drained oil and replaced air filter because oil overflowed into air filter. Oil mess throughout engine compartment. The vehicle was messy and not cleaned up…. I keep my vehicle clean and even wipe down accessible areas to keep it looking nice. Car was even messier after second service visit. Very sloppy unprofessional experience! More
