I explained the issue over the phone when I scheduled the service, then when I arrived, I had to explain it again. Then after I was in the waiting room for an hour, I had to explain it again. All for a ta service, then when I arrived, I had to explain it again. Then after I was in the waiting room for an hour, I had to explain it again. All for a tail light issue that was resolved by changing light bulbs. The service contact also said they would take care of an outstanding recall. Great! Until I was ready to leave, when he said they couldn't do it because they didn't have the part. I have to schedule another appt for that but the tail lights work now, so that's something. More

Joe was extremely professional at drop-off and pick-up. We both forgot about our original phone call months ago regarding my driver seat cover breakage. For the record, it was replaced and not even 2 days later it broke again. I called Joe right away and he stated he would order a new one and get back to me. Months later, I called.agson and he was right on it. I got an appointment within 4 days. More
