i was not pleased with the manner in which they treated my special vehicle. they seemed to have adjusted my steering column so that it made operating my hand controls difficult. After investigation, I beli my special vehicle. they seemed to have adjusted my steering column so that it made operating my hand controls difficult. After investigation, I believe, that he controls were altered to a point that I will need to get an appointment with MobilityWorks to confirm that my hand controls dont represent a risk to operate, which will require an additional expense to me. I was not satisfied with the amount of time it took to write up the charges. i saw my van in the parking lot a good 30 minutes be for i asked the Service Mgr to please check on the status. More
