I loved my Escape but was looking to see if I could get some features that I didn't have on the 2015. Doug listened to what I wanted and took me to see the colors and also drove an Edge. I liked the Edge but with a budget and knowing what I wanted I chose my second Escape. I have a moon roof, heated seats and the new screen is an improvement I liked. Doug gave me what I wanted and I left proudly with my new Klaben Escape! More

Great Experience Buying a new SUV The reason I came to Klaben was my experience buying cars from Scott Halley over the years at another dealership. As usual he listened to what I wante The reason I came to Klaben was my experience buying cars from Scott Halley over the years at another dealership. As usual he listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and located a vehicle that met my requirements. He helped me find the available rebate/incentives and did not try to oversell or undersell, like some of the other dealers just to get a car out of their local inventory. Stephanie did a great job explaining all the paperwork (I have done this multiple times before) and going through it very efficiently. She even convinced me that since I was planning to keep the SUV over the warranty period, with all the electronics, the additional warranty might be worth the money (I have never purchased the additional warranty before). I have visited other dealers where you talk to a salesman and then get turned over to the supervisor/deal clincher who will try to persuade you that a deal is too good to pass up even if it is not exactly the vehicle that you want.
