Issue not resolved. After the 5th request, I have decided to write a review. My MKZ was in the service center for an oil change, tire rotation and to fix a 911 message t After the 5th request, I have decided to write a review. My MKZ was in the service center for an oil change, tire rotation and to fix a 911 message that appears upon startup. When my car was returned, I noticed large clumps of grease on the drivers' side door, center consul and radio. The next day, I was unable to start or jump my 1 year old car due to a dead battery. This was replaced after a visit from AAA. The 911 message could not be fixed at that time. I was told the part was available 9/18. It is 10/2 and I am still waiting for a call to resolve the issue. I have had good experiences with this service team in the past, and expect to have them in the future. More

Excellent Experience very rarely do I enjoy car shopping since my favorite salesman moved away but the staff at Klaben made it so seem less and painless I'm sure I will re very rarely do I enjoy car shopping since my favorite salesman moved away but the staff at Klaben made it so seem less and painless I'm sure I will return. My dad has become a "Lincoln" man after leasing his first MKZ 3 years ago. Even though we went to buy out the lease Dan Cook showed us the car we had been looking for for 3 months and 2 hours later we were driving away with a new 2017 MKZ with all the features he wanted and the price to boot! Paperwork was seamless in the transition of turning in old leased car and getting the new one. Thank you Dan and Christine for a great experience. See you in 32-35 months!!!🏆🎖🤗🤗🤗👏👏👏 More
