After shopping at two other places I was told to contact Tom Nicodemus at Klaben. When I first spoke to him I was extremely frustrated with my experience at other locations so far and let him know exactly what we needed. He did a ton of research and number crunching for me before even making us come in. He provided amazing, considerate, timely, friendly, and honest customer service. Really went above and beyond what I have ever experienced purchasing something new. I would refer anyone to go and see him and purchase a car from this dealership! More

Unexpected lack of Ford feature after the sale On the whole I was extremely happy with the way I was treated at the dealership from the time I entered until the time I left. However, since I made a On the whole I was extremely happy with the way I was treated at the dealership from the time I entered until the time I left. However, since I made a specific request about a safety feature, I was disappointed to find out Ford does not have it. The salesman indicated that the car did have automatic headlights but failed to mention they only turn on during dim lighting. Shame on me for not doing more research before buying the car. It wasn't until my wife mentioned that my lights were not turning on that I discovered the fault. I will put up with the inconvenience of turning my lights on manually from now on. More

Lease Vehicle Comparison My company offers three types of vehicles that we may select as our company car through a lease program. Out of the three only one is a Ford make. I My company offers three types of vehicles that we may select as our company car through a lease program. Out of the three only one is a Ford make. I explained this to Mr. Bryant and he asked if I had the paperwork on the vehicle with options. I informed Mr. Bryant that if I choose this Ford, my company would more than likely not be placing this lease order through Klaben due to location. Mr. Bryant found a comparable vehicle and explained all of the features of this vehicle and answered all of my questions. Mr. Bryant is an asset to Klaben, I haven't had this type of exceptional customer service for a very long time. Plus, with his enthusiasm and knowledge pertaining to the 2017 Escape. I believe I will be choosing Ford as my next leased vehicle. More
