Far exceeded expectations! I had a very unique experience, in that I purchased a certified car from another dealer, and shortly after taking possession, began to think the certi I had a very unique experience, in that I purchased a certified car from another dealer, and shortly after taking possession, began to think the certification hadn't been done. I contacted Lincoln customer service, and they agreed to have it re-certified and let me choose which dealer. I chose Klaben. It didn't take long to determine that a laundry list of items needed attention, but Lincoln wasn't willing to cover them all with the CPO warranty. (A big part of this was hidden damage to the front bumper and headlight.) It was a quandry. The selling dealer didn't want to step up, and the Lincoln CS rep couldn't, so it looked like we were going to be left holding the bag. Tom (Svc Mgr.) discussed this with Mr. Klaben and they decided to fix my car, and recover what they could from Lincoln after the fact. Wow. I'd never heard of a dealer stepping up like this, and Tom said it's because they're living the Lincoln motto to "..take care of the customer...". Thank you Klaben for making my holiday better! More

Great Experience We did our homework before coming into the dealership, but they were still able to show us a car that was better than what we originally found ourselv We did our homework before coming into the dealership, but they were still able to show us a car that was better than what we originally found ourselves online. The service had a personal touch to it that I don't believe we would have got else where. While we decided to go to lunch to debate if we wanted to make the purchase they were very understanding and even paid for our lunch. They generally cared not only about selling us a car, but also about us personally. Would highly recommend both of these gentlemen in the future and will return when it is time to replace our other car. More

However, with winter storms looming our patience faded and we were not able to wait for the Ford plant to release the vehicle for shipment. With little information from Ford and no estimate ship date available, we reached out to Mr. Klaben for help. Mr. Klaben and the entire staff bent over backwards to help us purchase a safe vehicle for our new family. We went ahead and purchased a used car on the lot that exceeds our expectations. It actually worked out better for us in the end as we were able to purchase much more car for around the same price of the new vehicle we had on order. Thank you to the entire staff that helped us purchase another Ford from Klaben! More
