One of the best car buying experiences ever Danny was great as he was informative and patient. My wife and I haven't been in the car market for over 10 yrs. Needless to say we were rusty and tak Danny was great as he was informative and patient. My wife and I haven't been in the car market for over 10 yrs. Needless to say we were rusty and taken back by how car technology has changed. Danny spent most of the Saturday with us. He wasn't trying to rush us through to get to his next sale. We were also amazed when Mr. Klaben came to our table and spent close to a half hour of his time explaining to us his business philosophy and the Klaben experience. He also went into great detail explaining the difference between buying a used car and buying a certified used car. There is a difference. When Mr. Klaben discovered that we had traveled quit a long distance to his dealership and that we were there all morning and afternoon without eating he offered us gift cards to a local restaurant to have some lunch ... Before we committed to buy anything. 6 hrs later we drove off the lot in our 2013 certified Lincoln MKz I can't say enough about how well we were treated and enjoyed the experience. We love our new car all the cool features! Thank you Klaben team. More
