But Nate and Doug were friendly, made me an offer I could not refuse where my new payments were only $40 or so more than now which wasn't too bad. They didn't pressure me and left the decision in my hands. They had a new Escape with the right color, features and just made the whole process easy for a customer. They really went out of their way to go over everything so I was comfortable in the process. More
