I just happened to stop in and see if Klaben had any 2015 Explorer's and that's when I met Buddy. He was so unlike any of the previous sales people I met at the other dealerships. His phrase "I'm here to help any way I can" meant that I could ask or say anything without feeling pressured while having all of my questions answered honestly. Truth be told, he is the main reason I bought that day.
