Best car purchase ever!!!! I don't know where to begin.... when I drove into Klabens lot, I thought my day was going to be another average car buying experience like the last 6 I don't know where to begin.... when I drove into Klabens lot, I thought my day was going to be another average car buying experience like the last 6 dealerships I been to like how the guys look for you to pull in as if there preying on me.... Well NOT Klaben!!! As I was walking in, I was greeted by a young hansom man by the name Joe Bellian. He welcomed me, and what made me smile was he was the first salesman that day that asked for my name and not what they can sell me. I was sold from the start! We test drove several cars, but finally found the one that I loved! Joe was patient with me, even though I was sort of indecisive of what I wanted. From there, the rest was easy like information and paper signing. Now we are ready to leave, and Joe takes me to my car, 'All cleaned and a FULL tank of gas!!!'. Joe walked me through all the gadgets that are on the car! He really knew his stuff!! <<< he knew everything about this car.... All in all, I will for sure be back to Klaben! Our salesman Doug Carter took great care of us, I would say he was more like a "customer service rep" than a car salesman, it was all about our needs. I had prepared my husband to have me drag him all over to look at a multitude of cars over the weekend. Wrong! I am so glad Doug Carter was our first stop. He carefully listened to our needs and found an amazing deal for us. No pressure, he never tried to push us in another direction. I had resolved to carefully "shop around", but this was too good to even consider going anywhere else. He took care of the process on all levels, making sure the registration was handled, interacted with the financing office to give us the "no hassle, no hidden add-ons" deal we asked for etc. Once we made our decision Doug took the time to thoroughly explain all features of the car to us and sync my phone. We will be sure to send friends and family looking for a vehicle his way! More
