Joe French, the service representative I work with always helps explain the status of my vehicle, and proactively plans with me for what maintenance it may need in the near future. Even during a wicked winter weather, when AAA was unable to help me, two of the service team staff drove 35 minutes to my place of employment to pick up my vehicle and return it to inspect the brake system, and expected nothing in return.
