When I thought I still had a week to look for a car so I had to look for a car in one day, even though I had a pretty good idea on what I wanted (F-150). I sat down with Chris and during the time he was running around and calling around to find me a good deal on a 2014 F-150. I was looking at the different vehicles, mostly the SUV'S and Trucks. I started falling in love with the explorer. I told him about it, he told me that leasing that truck would definitely get me to the payments I wanted. He found one on the lot brand new and even the color I wanted. The guy worked really hard to change my day to happy. I can't thank him enough. Saved me lots of money and got me out of there fast enough to be able to work half a day still. Thanks to him my family is safe in a very dependable car. More

What makes it all even better, was the great experience Last week, I purchases a 2015 Ford Expedition,,, with ALL the bells and whistles! I LOVE it! What makes it all even better, was the great experience we had, during the purchasing process. Our salesman, Gene Grabiec, made it a very positive, pleasant event. We met Gene, at the Cleveland Auto Show,,, he was the second salesman we had an interaction with that day. We had come to the show, with the intent to purchase a vehicle. Not sure what we needed. The first salesman pointed towards a few vehicles, with no concern to our needs. Gene took the time to find out what we wanted, what we needed, options available between various vehicles, even walking to other areas, to show us differences between other vehicles... All the time, keeping it positive. Gene then, brought the vehicle we were interested to our home, to make sure it would fit into our garage, (a big concern of ours), took a long time explaining the vehicle, and all it contained... Much, I had no idea was even available!! We followed Gene to Kent to purchase our vehicle, though, we live in Seven Hills, (a good distance to drive, and several dealerships much closer) Over the years, my husband I have purchased many vehicles, and have never had such an easy and positive experience. I can whole heartedly recommend Gene, and Klaben, for your next purchase. So much so, that I will be returning to visit Gene at Klaben tonight, with my daughter, with the intent to purchase a new Escape!
