My friend and I stopped at his dealership first because I was interested in the Ford Fusion. We planned on going to other dealerships because I was interested in other cars and never got there. I explained to him what I was looking for price wise and also what I was looking to get on my trade in. He came back to me with a better offer than what I asked for. I didn't have to go back and forth on numbers with him at all. I had a mandatory meeting I had to attend the day of my purchase and he got everything ready for me while I was at my meeting. I came back and was there only an hour to sign papers, get my cell phone set up through my car and leave. He met every promise he set. I am a corporate trainer and part of what I train is customer service. I wish I had him at my company as an employee because of his amazing customer service. I left the dealership that day with his business cards so I could give them to other people. My friend who was with me throughout the experience had also told numerous people that it was the best car buying experience she ever saw as well. I will be back to see him for my future cars! More
