My wife and I both were impressed with the overall experience with everyone listed above. Each knew their respective jobs very well and had a friendly manner in their dealings with us. I very much liked finishing the deal with Doug Beavers rather that a closer coming out and playing the heavy as I have had in prior car purchases. I did research on the price before our final meeting which most do these days with the easy of the net, so I knew you price was fair to start with and that is what set the stage for a relaxed buy and sell atmosphere. Another joy was there was no rush with the whole process. Jeff was very patient, Katie was ready with the docs and explained the warranty well and left it up to us on the upgrade we took. Jim was also a refreshing mgr. who was very up front and concerned for us about getting the registration in Ca. In summary it was everyone's concern for us instead of the deal that made our purchase enjoyable; simply from the price to the to the dice it was nice.
