My second great experience with Klaben. I came to the dealership knowing pretty much what I wanted. JP helped me narrow it down to a particular vehicle. While the process took longer than I had expected, I was treated with respect and kept up on exactly what was happening, and what to expect. I drove home in my new Ford that day, and am very pleased with the vehicle and the entire process. Follow up has been great, and JP has made himself available to me to answer any questions I have. Bottom line, Klaben has earned our repeat business. More

Before leasing my car I drove three different models. The shopping process was relaxed and Mr. Woodberry took plenty of time to explain the features of each model. During both transactions Mr. Woodberry stressed how important it was that we got the car that we wanted. The whole process was relaxed and pleasant. These are my first Fords and based on my experience we will continue to work with Roscoe and with Klaben. In fact we live near another Ford dealer but have found the pleasant, courteous service to be worth the drive to Kent. More

With the purchase of our new 2015 Fusion, we also worked with Roscoe Woodberry in addition to Dave. Very friendly and fun experience. Doug Carter made the process that I had been dreading easy and painless. When I got there, he had the exact car that we had talked about pulled up and Doug Carter made the process that I had been dreading easy and painless. When I got there, he had the exact car that we had talked about pulled up and ready for me to test drive. He knew what equipment I wanted on the vehicle and the price I wanted to be at and he made it happen. I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership negotiating and playing games. I waited to write this review so as to not include post buyers excitement. Its been 3 months now in my 2014 Focus and I am even more convinced I made the right choice now then I was driving off the lot. Buying or leasing a new car can be scary especially when you are trading in a car but I received a very fair trade in and an awesome experience at Klaben! Just coming off of a bankruptcy 4 months ago, I never dreamed that leasing a new car would be an option for me, but they made it happen! Mr. Klaben even called me personally to go over a few items before the purchase was made, which made me feel like the owner actually takes time to deal with his customers and it was very refreshing. These guys took great care of me! More
