To walk and view the cars up close was indeed "at your own risk". Despite the conditions, Joe began serving us immediately; and in an effort to give us a variety of choices, Joe braved the elements. He began trudging through snow, cleaning off several vehicles for us to both view and test drive. Although it was near closing time, he gave no indication of needing to rush through the process.
