The second day out we were ready to make a decision if all was right. But at our second stop the dealership people all talked in circles and concentrated on monthly payments. We wanted to know the price of the car and interest rate. They wouldn't give us a straight answer. Imagine how pleasant it was to be greeted by Roscoe Woodbury who listened to what our concerns were and who answered all our questions plus information we didn't even think to inquire about. Extremely low pressure, friendly. We bought the car we wanted, the color we wanted including the interior we preferred. Roscoe made it easy. Nothing was too much trouble to him. We also appreciated Jennifer Bowen's help and information as we finished the paperwork with her. Highly recommend this dealership. More

He helped me add on most of the accessories I wanted. His flexible 9 to 9 hours really helped get me back to Klaben for a second visit which is when I made my decision to purchase. To top it off, I've often benefited from help when necessary in getting home during my service and returning when it's done. Billy is his name and he's very congenial and knowledgeable. I have had a longstanding relationship with this dealership and with Kent Lincoln Mercury which became a part of the Klaben Ford Lincoln through the various cars I've owned--a 2000 Mustang GT, among others. Exceptional Sales I went in looking for at an Explorer and left with a brand new F150 XLT. I hadn't even looked at trucks because of the gas mileage but JP showed me th I went in looking for at an Explorer and left with a brand new F150 XLT.
