Recent Invitation from Lincoln to evaluate the MKC I was invited by Lincoln to drive and evaluate the new Lincoln MKC. They directed me to Klaben in Kent to pick up the vehicle. Not ever having been a I was invited by Lincoln to drive and evaluate the new Lincoln MKC. They directed me to Klaben in Kent to pick up the vehicle. Not ever having been a Lincoln owner I was curious of the product. The vehicle was Amazing, BUT, the dealership, and especially the sales associate, Gene Graibec were OVERWHELMING. I use the term associate because it would not be fair to describe him as a "car salesman". I was not even a propspective purchaser and he took an interest in this opportunity to dispell all the disappointment I have ever experienced in previous sales situations. Gene Grabiec a "true sales associate" This past week I had the opportunity to redeem my Date Night invitation from Lincoln at Klaben in Kent. The car they featured was the 2015 MKC. Jim Bills sales manager arranged to have the car ready as promised. When I arrived Jim introduced me to Gene Grabiec, sales associate,who introduced me to the features of the car.At no time did he rush me and answered my questions in a professional manner. My wife and I experienced the car for 48 hours and enjoyed the "ride". When I returned the car Gene was there to review my thoughts over a cup of coffee, at no time was there any " high pressure" to buy the car, just the "facts". Great, confortable experience and environment. I was very hesitant on trading in my old Chevy blazer because it was my very first car and I had it since I was 16. Both Mike and Roscoe made me feel I was very hesitant on trading in my old Chevy blazer because it was my very first car and I had it since I was 16.
