As a manager of a fortune 50 sales training program I am not easily impressed by “come ons” such as this but I will be the first to admit I was totally blown away by the quality of the test car, the esthetics of the dealership and the professional demeanor of the Klaben Lincoln staff. While I thought I was in love with my 2012 Yukon I now see myself driving a new 2015 MKX in the near future. This is quite possibly the coolest car I’ve ever driven! More

Attached to the look of my car, with no real inclination to sale, I met Roscoe who took the time to explain to me the pros and cons of switching vehicles. I liked Roscoe's non-sales informative approach. I felt very comfortable and under no pressure. I can tell that he was more concerned with me making the right decision than getting a sale. Great Service at Klaben A couple of months ago I decided to look for another car. I thought that my best value would be to buy a certified low mileage car that had been trade A couple of months ago I decided to look for another car. I thought that my best value would be to buy a certified low mileage car that had been traded in. I stopped at all the local dealers, including Klaben. At that time I met Bob Paytas, and told him what I wanted in a car. He immediately began searching, and over the next month or so, would get back with me once or twice a week with cars he thought I would be interested in. Bob tried very hard to meet my needs, but when I couldn’t find what I wanted, Bob took the initiative and shifted gears. He suggested that I consider a new car, because with factory rebates, I would be still be within the same price range, and I would have a larger selection. Again, Bob worked very hard. He had to search quite a bit to find it, but he found EXACTLY what I wanted. Then, in order to get it, he had to deal with another dealership that was not co-operative. But I got my car. Throughout this extended sale, Bob never gave up, was flexible and accommodating, made constructive suggestions, was conscientious and concerned, and was a pleasure to deal with. Bob even came in on his day off in order to complete the sale. I can say without a doubt that this was the best buying experience I have ever had when getting a new car. I will definitely spread the word about how happy I am, and recommend Klaben Auto, due to the way I was treated by Bob. More
