By time I came to Ohio, Mike had everything ready for me. Everything we discussed was taken care of. The day I arrived at Klaben Mike showed me the car and then Dan showed me how to use the Sync system. Both guys were extremely friendly & a joy to work with. He's friendly, but not pushy, exactly the kind of salesman I am looking for. I told him what I was looking for, he made some suggestions, and within a short amount of time, I had picked out what will be my next car.
