Mike was friendly and made certain that once the truck was delivered our experience came to a positive conclusion. The paperwork was done by Mike and Buddy quickly and efficiently and they obviously worked as a team to make a smooth ownership transaction. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford Explorer we were looking at. He answered all of our questions, and was very patient throughout our whole decision making process. When we went to pick up our new car it was very clean, and it had a full tank of gas. Joe explained all of the features in the car before we left to make sure we understood everything. Joe even offered to come to our home and help set up our garage door opener if necessary. Joe gave us a follow up call a couple days after to make sure we were happy, and asked if we had any more questions. He is an employee Klaben can be proud of, and he represented the Ford brand well. I have a few horro My experience buying my new car with Klaben Ford, in Kent Ohio, was the finest and easiest auto purchase I have ever undertaken. I have a few horror stories about purchasing and not purchasing vehicles while sitting in a dealership for hours while the salesmen tried to whittle away my reserve and put me into a less then acceptable vehicle they needed to move off the lot. I had honestly assumed that I would not be able to purchase a vehicle, out of my home state of Pennsylvania, nor would the value of my old car enable me to afford anything other than a barely better car then the one I owned. The wonderful staff at Klaben proved both wrong. I cannot say enough about the excellent treatment I received at this dealership. All the staff at Klaben treated me as if I were a member of their family. I have never had any group of people work so hard to make a deal happen. I especially want to acknowledge Doug Carter. Klaben has the true ideal of ‘service to the customer’ in Mr. Carter. Doug’s genuine concern for me to ‘get the car I wanted’ and watching him work, to get me into that car, was honestly enjoyable. Doug Carter is one of the hardest working and innovative salesmen I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. The transition into my new Ford was seamless; the process did take a while; purchasing a car out of state is a time consuming process, however, it was worth the extra time. The paper work and signing moved along swiftly and smoothly. The whole process was almost as fun as my new car is to drive. I had come to Ohio to spend my birthday with my family, I returned to Pennsylvania with a new car and a bigger family. Thanks to the amazing folks at Klaben Ford it was truly the best birthday. More

We continue to have an EXCELLENT experience at Klaben I was notified that the Ford Lease for my 2012 Explorer was eligible for turn in and I was contacted by our salesperson of many years, Chris Moldas at I was notified that the Ford Lease for my 2012 Explorer was eligible for turn in and I was contacted by our salesperson of many years, Chris Moldas at the same time I received the mail from Ford. With 2 phone calls and 2 emails Chris confirmed availability and pricing for a 2015 Explorer with all the features I wanted. The vehicle was prepped and ready in short order. I stopped by the dealership to complete the lease turn-in, signed new papers and was on my way in 90 minutes with the new vehicle. Absolutely painless and the high level of friendly service continues. My wife and I have both leased and purchased Fords and Lincolns from Klaben for many years. Probably more than 10 vehicles in total, including immediate family. The level of customer service and fairness continues to be outstanding. Mr. Klaben and the dealership team are 100% customer oriented and we can not think of purchasing a vehicle from another dealer. The service team smiles and greets us by name whenever we come by for an oil change or (rarely) a service problem. Another point to note - VERY low turnover of staff at Klaben. You continue to see the same people year over year. This speaks volumes about the culture and environment of the dealership. These people are committed and operate as a team.
