On the 25th of March 2014 my wife and I decided to attempt to complete the test drive and reward process we signed up for at the 2014 Cleveland Auto show with Ford. We first went to the closest Ford dealership, but unfortunately they had none of the C-Max vehicles we were interested in testing. We had been at the auto show in 2013 and first learned of this vehicle there. Impressed we visited again at the 2014 show and found our interest was keener, but we did not test drive it. So we left there and ended up at Klaben Ford in Kent. We have dealt with the Klaben groups for the last 22 plus years, but most of it was with a different brand. Upon arriving we were greeted immediately by Tony Cabuno, since we started from the premise we were only there for a test drive he introduced us to Richard “Buddy” Moore, as Tony had a previous appointment due in there soon. Buddy took us out and I test drove the 2014 C-Max. I thought it handled very well and I was even more keenly interested, however the price of that vehicle was higher than my goal price, although all the options were very appealing. Following a discussion about why we did not plan to buy at this time, Buddy told us of another vehicle, albeit a 2013 C-Max. It had all the same options as the one we drove. It was a “Certified” vehicle with 1380 miles. Buddy made great effort to explain the “certified” rating, the history of the car and its ownership, and the warranties available on this vehicle. Upon hearing all that we were sold that maybe today was the time to buy and this was the car we should consider. That is what we did. Buddy did great at explaining and convinced us that this opportunity was made just for our needs. Its price was within the goal and it was the car we really felt was the one for us. Additionally during the entire time we were at the dealership, Buddy made sure we were well taken care of, even while we were in the financial explanation and decision-making portion of the process. Finally after we had made all the decisions and signed all the papers, and of course made the down payment, Buddy took us out to the vehicle. He took a great deal of time explaining most of the options, set up our phone paring with the Sync system. We have since called him twice and he even set up our first maintenance service appointment. This is my idea of great salesmanship. In Finance Christine was very helpful and took much time to explain things on a level of understanding that proved she wanted us to make decisions that were right for us, not just to increase their sales. We did buy both the Loyalty Link and the wrap around warranty items. We were impressed with the whole process that occurred that day. We would recommend Buddy and Klaben Ford to anyone. My Wonderful Experience With Roscoe Woodbury of Klaben I leased a 2014 Lincoln MKS on April 5, 2014 from Klaben Auto Store in Kent, Ohio. My husband and I previously leased a 2011 MKS from Marshall Ford I leased a 2014 Lincoln MKS on April 5, 2014 from Klaben Auto Store in Kent, Ohio. My husband and I previously leased a 2011 MKS from Marshall Ford in Mayfield Hts., Ohio, and was very unhappy with the sales person and management at that dealership. A friend recommended we go to Klaben which is several miles from our residence. We thought we would give it a try anyway and was glad we did. Not once did we take our leased 2011 MKS to Marshall's to be serviced. We took the long drive to Klaben for servicing during the entire duration of the lease. On our first visit to Klaben we had the pleasure of meeting salesmen Roscoe Woodbury. Roscoe was very personable, knowledgable, and eager to assist us eventhough we did not lease our vehicle from Klaben. We were so impressed with Roscoe that we referred our daughter to him for the possibility of purchasing a vehicle. My daughter lives within 5 minutes from Marshall Ford. That did not deter her from a purchasing a brand new 2013 Edge from Klaben with Roscoe as salesmen. My lease was due to end August 2014. I was contacted by Marshall offering great incentives to turn in my 2011 for a 2014. I listened to what they had to say, but contacted Roscoe of Klaben. I told him what I wanted on Friday, April 4th and he made it happen. I went the very next day and picked up my 2014. Roscoe has won my family over. As long as we have a Lincoln or any Ford vehicle, Roscoe Woodbury will have our business. More

New Car Purchase Not a big fan of haggling. Would actually like to find a dealership that works with you from the beginning. But I guess that's the industry standard. Not a big fan of haggling. After days of back and forth we finally agreed on a deal that made everyone happy. Other than my own personal distaste for negotiating the overall experience was great. Klaben has multiple types of models and the various packages to look at and drive. Other dealerships I visited did not and I would rather see what I am getting rather than guess and hope it comes out right. Klaben was great about letting me drive 4 different models and some of those in 2 different packages. I will go back to Klaben when I'm ready for the next car. Sales staff is friendly and accommodating. More
Tex Welch sold me a 2012 Lincoln mks and I love it! Tex was an excellent sales person. I told him what it was I was looking to test drive and he went and got the car for me and pulled it in the building Tex was an excellent sales person. I have never had that kind of service from a dealership and it was impressive. Tex showed me all the features of the car and that was no small feet because there were many. After I took it for a test drive we sat down and came to an agreement without the usual hassle you sometimes get from a car salesman. It was a pleasure working with him. He is a genuine good person and you could tell he was not just good at his job but enjoys it. He made the process easy and has been there in the weeks to follow to answer my questions. More

I sought out Mike Cooney on the recommendation of a co-worker.........WOW! Mike was friendly, patient, knowledgeable.........SUPER! I had not purchased a new vehicle since 2001, so obviously it has b co-worker.........WOW! Mike was friendly, patient, knowledgeable.........SUPER! I had not purchased a new vehicle since 2001, so obviously it has been a while. Mike was amazing, he really cares about what he is doing and it shows. I have been going to Klaben for Service and Body work since 2003 and have been so happy that I would have never even considered going anywhere else when it came time to buy a new truck.
