We were looking for a used Ford F150. We had contacted our usual dealer for help with this process. Our usual dealer came up with a few options but none really made sense considering the resale value of our usual dealer for help with this process. Don was able to determine our needs/wants and then made a presentation for a new F150. We didn't anticipate buying a new truck but after considering our options we did just that! Don was able to set us up with a truck that was being delivered as part of their inventory. We needed to verify that the truck would fit in our garage and that we liked the color/options of the truck before we would agree to purchase the truck. Don had no problems working with our stipulations on the purchase. Don answered questions in an honest manner and left the "spin" out of the conversation. We took delivery of the truck last weekend and are very satisfied with our experience at Klaben. More

Then it was time to buy one and Todd was incredibly helpful and not "pushy" as I was deciding on whether I wanted new or used and what fit my budget the best. He was also extremely patient as I took several months and test drove many cars before finally deciding to go with a beautiful 2014 focas which I am truly happy with!
