I have bought several cars in my lifetime but I have never come across anyone who went out of their way like Doug Carter at Klaben Ford in Kent, Ohio! I went with my daughter to purchase a used car and never come across anyone who went out of their way like Doug Carter at Klaben Ford in Kent, Ohio! She had her heart set on a certain type of suv, but when we looked at what they had within her budget, she was disappointed. Doug Carter saw the look on her face like she was going to cry, and somehow he found an suv that she wanted! Her face was beaming!! They sale was the fastest I've seen . It didn't hours like most places. Also I have to tell you that when the engine was cleaned, water got down in the spark plugs and caused the car to act up on the turnpike on the way home. We called and it was towed back to Kent at Klaben"s cost. The following morning Doug Carter personally drove the car back up here to us. I don't know of another salesman who would do that!! God Bless him and we thank him deeply! More

My salesman Danny Sawyer, and Tom in Service, got involved and worked with my local Ford Dealer to make sure my issue was corrected and under warranty. Here's the best part. Richard Klaben, the General Manager, took the time to contact me personally and assure me that I will remain a completely satisfied Klaben customer. That's a smart business man and a true gentleman. I might just fly up there again to buy my next vehicle. This time, I think I'll wait for summer. It's cold in Ohio! More

Both Glenn and Mike were both friendly, easy to communicate with and yet knowledgeable and professional. When I picked up my Escape the computer screen was not working! Adam Alderson always take great care of my car. He is always good about answering questions and explaining things.
