They has the car ready for us when we got there, not waiting around. Our salesman Roscoe took the time to go over all the bells and whistles with us so we could get the most from our test drive. The Fusion was such fun and drove like a dream - the heated seats were my favorite feature. When I returned the car, they had washed my car AND cleaned the inside - even topped off my gas tank!!
