I had been searching for a used Ford Escape for almost a month, & had already been to at least 10 dealerships when I found Klaben Ford online. I drove an hour to the dealership & met with Gene Grabiec - I e month, & had already been to at least 10 dealerships when I found Klaben Ford online. I drove an hour to the dealership & met with Gene Grabiec - I explained to him that I travel a lot and I wanted something reliable... He suggested leasing a brand new Escape instead of purchasing the 2012. He was the first salesman I've ever met that actually seemed to care about my car search & also the first salesman to ever take the time to explain how a lease works. I found that this was my best option - and was able to drive off the lot 2 days later with the Escape I really wanted, instead of settling for a used vehicle. Jenn did all of the paperwork with me, and was very knowledgeable of every paper she had me sign; I had almost zero questions throughout the entire experience. Gene even called me an hour or so after I left to make sure everything went well on my way home & that I enjoyed my new Escape! It's so nice to find salesmen that are friendly & caring, and that aren't just pushing to make a sale. This was by far, the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. More
