bye bye GM I started my day at a Chevy dealer, looking to get out of a Malibu lease that I was upside down in. Now, I knew I wasn't in the best shape credit wis I started my day at a Chevy dealer, looking to get out of a Malibu lease that I was upside down in. Now, I knew I wasn't in the best shape credit wise, and with the lease, it made things even worse. GM Financial gave me an option to get out of the malibu and BUY a base, and I do mean base level cruise for an outrageous amount of money. When I asked about other options the GM salesman said "you're already locked into a lease, we have nothing to gain by working another deal for you". That being said, I left. Now, I have never stepped foot into a Ford dealership in my life. I stopped mainly because my wife pushed me to look at other options. So Klaben Ford, here we go. I walked in the door and was greetly in a friendly manner by Matthew Coxson. I explained to him my morning and what happened, as well as what I was trying to do. He smiled, and said, let's see what options we have. The process was so smooth and so easy it seemed unreal. Within a few minutes I was test driving a Fusion with tons of features my Malibu didn't have. When we got back Matthew informed me that they were able to not only get me approved, but at 0%. His level of professionalism and respect for me, my time, and my situation has made me a "Ford guy" for life. I will buy every one of my cars from this guy because of the service that was provided during this visit. I met with Nick in financing to get all the paperwork taken care of. Same experience, Nick was great, we laughed and talked about things other than the financing. He went over the extended service plans with me in an informative way, and wasn't pushy about it at all. He explained the next steps and had me in and out. Nick was an equally amazing piece of this puzzle. All in all I was out the door with my new Fusion in about half the time I WASTED at the Chevy dealer. I 100% recommend Klaben, and more specifically Matthew and Nick. More

excellent service we have our two Fords serviced only at Klaben's. We deal with Karl Fauvie in the service department and have never had any trouble.
