Family Values I outgrew my vehicle so I really wanted an SUV. I was thinking of all kinds of options. My Dad asked me to try out Mike at the Klaben dealership in Warren because he bought 3 vehicles there with him, and every time has gotten treated the best. My dad is not easy to please and sometimes difficult to work with so I knew this must be a good guy. We went down to the dealership together and I met Mike, I told him what I was looking for and price range, and hours later I have a new car! Not only was Mike courteous and extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle and it's features, but he actually took the time to show me every single feature of my new vehicle and what it all does and how to work it. I never at all felt pressured of rushed with this guy. Also, I know the service is top notch because when I got my old Toyota serviced I would actually bring it to Klaben as recommended by my dad. I highly and emphasis on highly will recommend Mike Rumple and the Klaben dealership/service center to all my friends and family who need a new or used vehicle. I'm being 100% honest when I say his attitude is how salesman should be and their approach to customers. In finance, Natalie was also extremely nice and made the experience very comfortable and easy. Everyone I encountered in the staff was also friendly and welcoming. They all seemed to genuinely like each other too like a family. Nice to see coworkers work together like that! Perfect experience! Salesman hounding you, bad service, finance people over selling you etc. I drove from Cleveland to Warren to see a car. I ended up not purchasing the initial car I went to see. However Mike Rumple was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I ended driving back to Warren from Cleveland the following week- the negotiation was done over the phone and everything we discussed was exactly that when I got there. No surprises- financing took 15 minutes, Mike spent 45 minutes going over the loaded MKZ a bought. Nick in Finance was quick, and knowledgeable. Bo the Manager gave me a very fair price on my trade in. My hat goes off to this dealership, to Mike, and the rest of the staff.
