Katie tried to reset some for me. I have since received help from Mike Urbania and a phone call from Karl. I appreciate this, but I would have preferred having all of this taken care of BEFORE I left. I had to ask Katie for help or nothing would have been reset for me. As I told Mike and Karl, this is frustrating and somewhat disappointing. I ALWAYS buy my vehicles from Klaben and have them serviced there, no matter what the cost. More

A quick phone call to Karl in the Service Dept. where Karl indicated to bring it in as soon as I could for servicing! Upon bringing the car in, I had found that Karl was very pro-active and had done some research on Honda A/C issues and had arrangements made for servicing the vehicle as it was likely a warranted Honda repair. Our used car from Klaben's was fixed appropriately and returned cleaned and washed! Both the Sales and the Service Dept. go out of their way to make the Klaben experience enjoyable, however frustrating it may seem at the time! More
