Scheduled my car for service due to a recall. The service department did not have availability for a few weeks. I inquired about how long the service would take and was told approximately 40 minutes service department did not have availability for a few weeks. I inquired about how long the service would take and was told approximately 40 minutes. I agreed to bring the car in and to wait for it. I waited for my vehicle two hours and 15 minutes only to be told that one of the main parts needed for the recall was not in stock. They had used the last part they had in stock the day prior. Needless to say, I was very disappointed after having waited for over two hours and having driven 40 minutes each way to get to the dealership/service department. I was told that I would receive a phone call once the part is in stock. It has been a few days and I am still waiting on a call. More
