I was happy they were able to test the battery and replace it. I threw in an oil change and tire rotation. They indicated about 2.5 hours at 4.5 hours I got up to check on it. I was especially anxious replace it. I threw in an oil change and tire rotation. They indicated about 2.5 hours at 4.5 hours I got up to check on it. I was especially anxious because the waiting room was full with masks that were not covering noses, mouths. Etc. A lot of sneezing and coughing. I think during pandemic be more realistic so we can choose to wait or not. Mona stepped in to help and inquired with service tech. More

My fuel pump went out on my truck after filling up. Left stranded, I had my truck towed to quick lane because I know they do good work and other people have recommended them as trustworthy mechanics. My tru stranded, I had my truck towed to quick lane because I know they do good work and other people have recommended them as trustworthy mechanics. My truck was fixed in less than 24 hours and delivered to my home. 10/10 customer service from Brian and Rick to make sure I was mobile asap. I felt awful about the tank being completely filled but they were able to drop it. I still had a full tank of gas when it was repaired. Thank you! More
