Always a pleasure dealing with the folks at Klaben. They are veterans in their knowledge of the Lincoln product and get me in and out of the service center in a very reasonable time frame. Tyler did a great job listening to my concerns about the high price of a Ford part and that the whole assembly needed to be replaced vs just the broken part. He argued my case and actually was able to get i high price of a Ford part and that the whole assembly needed to be replaced vs just the broken part. He argued my case and actually was able to get it repaired for less than I expected. He also did a good job of communicating the status, something that at another dealer I have had to call repeatedly to get a response. I am now convinced to have my Ford vehicles serviced at Klaben and I will come to them for my next Ford purchase. More
