We picked the vehicle up at closing time on Saturday at 3pm. When we got home my wife noticed some rags and 2 cans of stain cleaner were left in the back seat. This was very disappointing to see. On Tuesday she complained that the drivers door was sticking. On Wednesday February 1st we drove to Hopkins Airport and when exiting the vehicle the drivers door handle literally fell off of the vehicle. We had to leave it like that and didn't know if was unsafe or not but had no choice to leave it since we had to catch a flight. We called from the airport and everyone was very nice. They picked up the car at the airport, fixed it and returned it to the airport before we arrived home. Everything turned out OK as we got home late last night and all appears to be OK now. I hope they checked all of the work and it would have been nice to get a follow-up call or at least have the gas tank filled or something since it had to be driven from Cleveland to Kent and back. Doug Carter and Eric Dyer are both great to deal with but we are obviously not impressed with the quality of the actual work that was performed. More

I am a long time customer, and I'm very pleased and comfortable with the sales and service departments!!! More

First and only choice for a service professional I got to know Don a long time ago back when he worked for Goodyear. His customer service was always outstanding! I have sinced followed him to Klaben I got to know Don a long time ago back when he worked for Goodyear. His customer service was always outstanding! I have sinced followed him to Klaben Ford to service my vehicle. I recently got a pothole and was very upset the day it happened. He not only had the new wheel brought in and replaced within 24 hours...he also arranged for me to get to work and around. Please do yourself a favor and see him on your next visit for service!! More

He's driven to solve issues and knows how to get the resources he needs to give the customer a pleasant service experience. I was in for a one scheduled recall, when he determined he was able to take care of another recall at the same time, in effect reducing the number of trips I had to make to the dealer. He provided a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't have to sit around all day in the waiting area while my car was worked on. He goes above and beyond what I was expecting. More
