Service on new car Purchased a new Explorer sport. When we got on the freeway we noticed a slight vibration. My sales rep scheduled a service appointment. The service de Purchased a new Explorer sport. When we got on the freeway we noticed a slight vibration. My sales rep scheduled a service appointment. The service department verified the vibration and identified a problem with two tires that came from the factory. They ordered two new tires nd had us back on the road before the day was out. All work and new tires were covered under warranty Great job More

Rough go My car was finished. They left it inside. My husband took it outside and the front end was not correct. The inside also looked like someone had bee My car was finished. They left it inside. My husband took it outside and the front end was not correct. The inside also looked like someone had been eating/drinking in my car (which I do not do!!!) They kept it another day and fixed the clip on the front. The manager assured us that the alignment was done and all was correct. My car stunk horrible from the spray they used. The alignment was not complete and my car drove horrible. This was a State Farm backed body shop and they were billing for items not completed. My car is a GMC and i proceeded to take it to the dealer. The front strut needed replaced and 3 other things. So, 2 plus weeks later I am still without a car, thanks Klaben for a horrible experience. Trying to get it fixed Car wash was no more than a quick spray with the hose, needed to take it to a "real" car wash afterwards, I was in on Christmas eve for an oil change Car wash was no more than a quick spray with the hose, needed to take it to a "real" car wash afterwards, I was in on Christmas eve for an oil change and an 2nd attempt to fix my loose drivers seat. The 1st attempt was at Montrose Ford, they fixed the back part, but not the rails...Im still waiting for Klaben to call me as to when the replacement parts will be in...The sales part was easy, they just need to get the Service dept up to that level More

Awesome again! Eric Dyer and the rental car lady are the best! My car wouldn't start and I called them up. Tow truck was ordered and would take a long time because t Eric Dyer and the rental car lady are the best! My car wouldn't start and I called them up. Tow truck was ordered and would take a long time because the flat bed was delayed. Finally before closing time, 2 men from the dealership showed up at my house and brought a rental car. The one guy said my car sounds like the battery. Hooked up jumper cables and got it started and drove it back to the dealership. Eric handled everything and had me going the next day! Perfect friendly service every time. More
