I was able to pull into a Speedway, and as luck would have it, I ran into Doug and he offered to help me change my tire. I had a jack, a spare, but no wrench. Unfortunately, the wrench in his car didn't work for my tire, but not 15 minutes later, he came back with a wrench that worked!! He changed my tire for me in the pouring rain--it's not very often you come across such an amazing person who will take time out of their own day to do something like that. Richard "Buddy" Moore did it again. I needed service on my 2014 Ford Escape and Buddy came to my job and picked up my vehicle and brought it back looking brand new because it was washed. It was a delight to find out that Mike was willing to defend a repair with the manufacturer.
