I miss the previous Lithia, with their friendly demeanors and shuttle. Every time I go to Lithia Toyota now I deal with attitude and sometimes condescension. This time I was told I’d have a 45 min-1 hour wai and shuttle. Every time I go to Lithia Toyota now I deal with attitude and sometimes condescension. This time I was told I’d have a 45 min-1 hour wait. It was two hours!!! No updates. When I asked at 1.5 hours, I was given attitude and a lecture about how busy they were (I was nice!), then told 15 more min. It was another half hour before they were done with a standard oil change. There was no line when I arrived. I will never buy lifetime oil changes again. Oil change places are more friendly and so much faster. More
