Paid $1145 and the mechanic light was still on, and the car was not washed. I had to ask to turn off the light and I was told my car will be washed next time when I am in town. car was not washed. The serviceman, Manny was not professional. I went in for an oil change and he said they take customers until 4:30-5:00 IF it isn’t busy. He never told me he could do it but he came back to the desk and told me he’d call me. I spoke with him twice after I left my vehicle and the professionalism was the same. Also, I may be wrong but I thought the service included a top off on windshield wiper fluid and mine was not done. More
