We would have used and did ask for a loaner car as this service center is 1.5 hours away from our home and we make this trip once a month for other shopping and business. Prompt Service I was shopping right next to the dealership. When I started the truck a warning light came on and a message to contact the dealer. I drove next door and they checked the truck, schedule it for the next day and made sure it was OK to drive home. The next day they checked the entire system and found the problem. The par was ordered on one day delivery and was installed the next day. .Kevin Bicknell, the service advisor, did an excellent job of taking care of my problem. Very friendly, provided all the information I needed and had it all taken care. All the service was covered under the warrenty. This individual should be recognized for his great attitude and service. More
