A lease return letter is a letter you recieve from the lease company, and not the auto dealer. Dealers are consistently chastised for things they do not control and I wish dealerrater would verify information,THERE IS which they do not, prior to posting these negative reviews that are misunderstood facts from customers. When you return your leased vehicle you should not let your insurance lapse until the LEASE COMPANY has your vehicle in thier possesion. THERE IS NO VERIFICATION OF THESE STATEMENTS AND AS A DEALER I CANNOT RESPOND UNLESS I PAY $995.00 PER YEAR. WHO IS SCAMMING WHO?? AND PEOPLE WOULD BE GULLIBLE ENOUGH TO USE THIS COMPANY????

Firstly, my primary concern was not the lease return letter, it was the poor customer service. I was told someone would write a letter, and nobody did. I was put on hold, and the person on the other line just LEFT. Secondly, LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOBS- As per both Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation and the NYS DMV, when a dealer buys the car back from the finance company(As in my case), the letter comes from the dealer. You didn't get a bad review from me (And apparently many others) because of the lease letter issue, you got one because your customer service is AWFUL, and this response you posted proves it. Instead of fixing the issue, you just tried to blame the customer.

It really irritates me that Koeppel people are STILL not trying to satisfy customers. Look at the overall review of this place: 2.1 out of 5. It is apparent why this is: these idiots are clearly more preoccupied with thinking they're right rather than satisfying customers' needs. On top of that, a major complaint seems to be that nobody can return a phone call. That just seems like outright lazy incompetence to me. KOEPPEL NISSAN = TERRIBLE.

I would love the opportunity to speak with you to try and rectify anything that might have caused you to feel the way you do. The problem is I cannot reach you. I do not know who you are and I refuse to pay 995.00 dollars. You may contact me or respond with something I may be able to identify, and I beleive you would discover I am very fare with listening and trying to help bring closure to any bad experience you may have had.

You had your opportunity to speak with me after I called 5 times for a simple letter. You also had your opportunity to speak with me while I was on hold with Ramiro for 20 minutes, hung up, called back and found out he went to lunch while I was on hold with him. You had your opportunity to speak with me when I called Mark Harrington and left a message to explain the situation, and he didn't call me back. Sure, you could pay $995 to this site, but that isn't going to fix the fact that a MAJORITY of your customers are grossly dissatisfied with your customer service. That problem is internal, and no website will fix that.

I find it very unfortunate that you say I had my chance. I never knew you were on hold, I never knew the frustration you went through, although I certainly can read and feel it now. At the end of the day all I wanted to do is reach out not because of this web site writings. What ever bad things you portray us to be, the damage is done. I wanted to try to repair the relationship between you and my store. What heppen to you was very wrong and I just wanted you to know that. I'll accept the heat when we are not performing as a store the way we should. I will gladly speak with you if you wanted to try and rebuild from this mess. Again I'm sorry.
