Mark Duquette took the stress out of buying a new SUV by providing suitable options. Ultimately, we decided on a RAV4 and Mark stayed late on a Thursday evening to make sure we were comfortable and knowledgeable about our new purchase. Before I got halfway through the door, I instructed her that I wanted, " a WOMAN sales person please". When she replied with, "I am" !! I knew it was going to be a great experience. It has been so! She is calm, patient, undemeaning, knowledgeable and exudes kindness!!! Through her, I found everyone in the building helpful! My car is trustworthy! No problems and a joy to drive! I've had contact with the service department only twice, once for a simple comptuter setting I did not know how to work. Red carpet treatment! The service man even came out and drove my car in the lot to be certain he understood. The 4 "free" oil changes, the first 25K miles, also makes the experience of owning my LX Camry feel Red-Carpet-special! Jeff, was very easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, has a true love for the cars he sells, wasn't pushy at any point, and overall just very authentic. As a female, sometimes in the past I have been treated different. I did not feel this way with Jeff at all. Evenyone at the Dealship was great in fact, the finance guy was just as great! I have never owned a Toyota before and don't think I will ever own anything else. I absolutely love my 2017 RAV4! More
