The best car buying experience that we have experienced to date. The new vehicle was exactly as described, the price was exactly as expected, our time wasn't wasted, and our salesman (Juan Carlos Hernande to date. The new vehicle was exactly as described, the price was exactly as expected, our time wasn't wasted, and our salesman (Juan Carlos Hernandez) was one of the most exceptional people we have ever had the good fortune to meet. As the last customer in a full day Mr. Chevan (finance) was still pleasant and friendly late into the evening, and thoroughly explained every facet of the finance portion of our purchase. What more could one really expect from a car buying experience. I have no reservation buying another car from Juan Carlos and Koons Arlington Toyota in the future. More
