Christian and his team provided very good and timely service. I always have an outstanding experience at the service center. This is the only place I have my Highlander serviced, it is where I bought it and it’s the second Highlander I’ve purchased from the dealersh center. They keep their word on service and taking care of their customers. I emailed Oscar about an issue and he stood up for my wife to ensure we weren't charged a diagnostic fee to resolve an issue we previously customers. Fees and wait times are things that happen, they need to pay their people, but sticking by your word to take care of your customers is going above and beyond. They also will pick your car up and drop it back off -- easy when we can't telework anymore. More
