I brought my truck in, I needed an oil change and breaks and new tires. There was a slight sound that comes and goes and also The tire monitor system that I just replaced earlier this year was still showin and new tires. There was a slight sound that comes and goes and also The tire monitor system that I just replaced earlier this year was still showing to get that checked. So after a week I got a 14k bill. They said I need a new transmission, engine mount, shocks, new tire monitoring system that I just replaced this year (like xxx) and all new tires and brakes and rotors.they said my truck is going to break down anytime. That’s alarming since my truck drives great. I told them I was visiting family in Florida and need my truck and they said it won’t make it out of Maryland. After the initial shock , I decided to get my truck and do absolutely nothing. I had no choice but to cancel my trip. This was very sad because my father in law had just past away and we all were getting together for our first Christmas without the family patriarch. I decided to take it to my husband’s mechanic for a second opinion and wouldn’t you know it my transmission didn’t need to be replaced, neither did I need to replace my engine mount. I got my brakes and rotors my shocks were also fine. Grand total $1086 bucks total. This racket of a dealership that I have purchased two vehicles from and all my maintenance just lost a customer for life. To be honest I should sue for bad faith practices and being a complete fraud. I wonder how many people have the scammed of of thousands of dollars. I can not express how I will make sure no one I know ever buys a car or deal with any Koons dealership. Unethical business practices is the reason people already don’t trust dealerships. More
Took my Acadia in for a noise problem that I could only describe as sucking through a straw from an empty glass. We brought our Acadia in with what we thought was a warranty issue. I turned out that our serial number was not covered. However, Dave had the vehicle checked out and advised it did needed a new shifte warranty issue. I turned out that our serial number was not covered. David as always kept us updated all the way through the process. More

Bought a 2025 BMW with low mileage. The dealership refused a third-party inspection, and the air conditioning failed immediately after I drove it off the lot. The service advisors at KOONS have never screwed me. They give me good prices for the services that is required. I once had a messed up transmission and they fixed it within a couple of days!
