We are preparing a letter to your dealership detailing the issues that we dealt with from your service department. We have also taken our vehicle elsewhere to be diagnosed, with the results being less than half the price your dealership was going to charge us for the same work. Additionally, the mechanic we are using took the time to actually explain what the problem was and how it affects our vehicle. And when we checked in our vehicle earlier in the day, the mechanic spoke to us respectfully and professionally. If you want a copy of the letter that we will be sending so you can use it to "correct and train" your staff, you will need to send me your full contact information. Meanwhile, it is beyond my understanding as to why you need to "train" your staff to be respectful and professional in from of customers.
