Left 2 messages. Calls never returned. Then got text that car was text. I called service manager and recalls had not been fixed. So lost car for another day got a Calls never returned. Then got text that car was text. I called service manager and recalls had not been fixed. So lost car for another day got another text car was ready. Picked it up and it was a mess. Then had to bring it back an hour later and tire pressure light went in. Rear tires were very low. Service manager said sorry and said thru would have been happy to say car if I asked. At Britt dealership, tjey always wash it and offer me a loaner. It was a bad experience and no one seemed to have any answers about anything g that went wrong. More

I had a dollar figure that management wouldn’t meet in order to make the sale. I told Ameen to meet me in the middle and he figured out a way to make it happen. Scheduled an appointment for a recall for my 2025 ford explorer SUV. Dropped off the vehicle at 6:30am day of service appointment. Returned at 3:00pm and service advisor told me my vehicle had not been se explorer SUV. Dropped off the vehicle at 6:30am day of service appointment.
