I brought to the attention of the service liaison that I had a missing windshield fluid cap, upon retrieval of my car I checked and noticed that they had not replaced the part despite having pre-authorized had a missing windshield fluid cap, upon retrieval of my car I checked and noticed that they had not replaced the part despite having pre-authorized the purchase. It considerably made me question the integrity of the remainder of the service. That being said they made it right by replacing said cap after I purchased the part. Now I could be a stickler and have pushed the issue that I recognized 6 months ago upon departing their facility that my cap was missing and emailed their service department multiple times that day, to no response. However this visit was giving them a second chance - I am still yet convinced that this Ford dealership is quite worth the trouble, yet they're saving grace is there lovely associate working the snack bar and also my service liaison who checked me out Mike. Were it not for those two associates and individuals, I would be giving this Ford location and even lower review. I hope in the next 6 months when if I should go back to them for another service that they knock it out of the park. But I can say that I do not have high hopes. More
