Recently, I had an issue with the Service Department concerning my 2018 F-150. I explained what was going on to Michael Matson and he quickly got involved to resolve the matter. The dealership does provide great service with Mr. Tolliver, however I feel that I was not afforded exception finance or giving information and the return policy of the vehicle I purchase. The gas pedal and brake pedal because of the space under the dash did not allow smooth transferring of going from the gas to the break pedal. I expedient's three plus near accident in try in to stop the car at lights and on the high way (very dangers). I called back and took the car to see if I could move up to the Expedition that does have the spacing for my feet less than one week with 406 miles. I was not given the chance to return the car purchase the Expedition. I was not informed at the tine of purchase on the grace time. I was not happy that I was offered only 45 K when 7 day ago I paid over 63K for the car. Especially since I was looking to purchase a larger vehicle. I had been a loyal Ford customer since 1999. My wife has a Maverick on order, but is now thinking of not purchasing the truck. I felt more could and should have been done. More
