Always takes way too long to get anything done in the service center. Even with an appointment, it's going to take 3+ hours for an oil change. The excuse is always, "we had some technicians call out to service center. Even with an appointment, it's going to take 3+ hours for an oil change. The excuse is always, "we had some technicians call out today." Every. xxxx. Time. I only continue to bring my truck here because I bought the service plan when I purchased the truck. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and they did provide a courtesy shuttle. More
