I've never had a worse experience with a vehicle, or a service department. You can never get anyone on the phone to get you an answer. I had waited for an answer about a Federal Emission Warranty to repla service department. You can never get anyone on the phone to get you an answer. I had waited for an answer about a Federal Emission Warranty to replace my catalytic converter for over three months. I've left multiple voicemails with multiple service techs and managers with no calls returned. I had to physically show up to the dealership and confront the manager about my issue, only for him to tell me that my claim has been denied. When I asked why, he said he didn't know. Once I sell this Ford, I probably won't be getting another one. Or at the very least, never going to take it to Koons Ford of Annapolis or Falls Church. More
